Technical Sales Manager (South East Europe)

Here at Innovative Technology, we have an excellent opportunity for a Technical Sales Manager based in South-East Europe to join our global team.

The role overview:

As a brand ambassador for Innovative Technology, you will proactively drive market presence across South-East Europe. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential opportunities securing new business and account management for our existing partners.

Responsibilities of our Technical Sales Manager:

  • Strategically manage and grow our market share across Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, and the wider Balkan region
  • Develop and execute robust sales programs to enhance brand presence and secure a dominant market position
  • Actively drive brand awareness and identify emerging business opportunities to stay ahead of market trends
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing high-level technical guidance and application support to our client base
  • Translate complex operator requirements into actionable feedback for our Design Team to influence future product development
  • Design and deliver engaging technical presentations and comprehensive operator training sessions
  • Provide the Business Development Manager with accurate sales forecasts, market intelligence, and regular performance metrics
  • Represent Innovative Technology at international sales conferences and global exhibitions to build high-value networks
  • Uphold our industry-leading reputation by delivering exceptional customer service and post-sale support

Essential Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years' experience in B2B sales for industrial sector

Fluency in English is essential for this role proficiency in Bulgarian and Czech is advantageous

Good communication skills – Written and verbal

Good IT skills – Stand PC packages (Word, Excel etc, plus specific software tools i.e. CRM, Jira etc)

Demonstrate high standards of personal presentation and professional conduct at all times

Experience of mechanical and/or electronic products and components would be advantageous
